  • The exhibition brings together the work of Salvatore Astore and Marinella Senatore through a reflection on human presence, explored as image, trace, and the construction of identity. Through distinct visual languages and sensibilities, the two artists investigate the body as a site where individual memory, collective experience, and the possibility of transformation intersect.

  • Yayoi Kusama Infinity Mirrored Room - The Eternally Infinite Light of the Universe Illuminating the Quest for Truth [PARA_DATE_HINT] 31 October 2026 - 25 February 2027 OPENING | 30 October 2026 [/PARA_DATE_HINT] [PARA_DATE_HINT] Tickets available online from 1 October 2026 [/PARA_DATE_HINT] OPENING HOURS Monday, Wednesday, Thursday | 9 AM - 6 PM Friday | 9 AM - 10 PM Saturday, Sunday | 10 AM - 8 PM Closed on Tuesday SPECIAL OPENINGS Saturday 31 October, until 10 PM From 31 October 2026, OGR Torino presents the Infinity mirrored room - The Eternally Infinite Light of the Universe Illuminating the Quest for Truth by Yayoi Kusama, one of the most celebrated and influential artists on the international contemporary art scene, who passed away on 14 August 2026. For over fifty years, Yayoi Kusama created immersive environments that envelop visitors and transport them into her distinctive visual universe. Through light, reflections and repetition, the installation transforms space into a perceptual experience suspended between wonder and disorientation: points of light and mirrored surfaces create the illusion of an infinite dimension, one that appears to expand endlessly. The obsessive repetition of forms and patterns, a defining element of Kusama’s artistic practice, becomes a means of exploring the concept of self-obliteration - the dissolution of the boundaries between the individual and the surrounding environment - opening up an expanded perception of space and the universe. Born in 1929 in Matsumoto, Japan, Yayoi Kusama has developed a multidisciplinary practice spanning painting, sculpture, video, performance and installation. Among the first artists to experiment with immersive environments, her celebrated Infinity Mirror Rooms, conceived from the 1960s onwards, have contributed to redefining the boundaries between sculpture and installation, dissolving the distinction between artwork and viewer. The artwork is presented as part of The Quantum Effect, an exhibition project exploring the connections between quantum theory, contemporary visual culture and new ways of perceiving and interpreting reality. • The exhibition project brings into dialogue works from Italian modernism with contemporary practices, identifying in the representation of the body- both individual and collective – a device of continuity and transformation between painting and photography. The display is conceived as a sequence of encounters, in which each pair of works generates a field of visual and conceptual resonance.

    BIASUTTI & BIASUTTI

  • Biasutti & Biasutti Gallery is pleased to present “Gran Torino”, a solo exhibition by Jonathan Guaitamacchi (London, 1961), curated by Francesco Poli. Following an international trajectory that has led him to live and work between London, Milan, Cape Town, and Johannesburg, Guaitamacchi settled in Turin approximately a decade ago, initiating a dialogue with the city that finds in this exhibition a moment of full maturation—both a form of recognition and a renewed exploration of the urban context that has embraced him. The exhibition brings together approximately thirty previously unseen works, the outcome of the artist’s most recent research and conceived specifically for the gallery’s spaces. Here, Guaitamacchi constructs a visual narrative of Turin through a series of large-scale compositions devoted to its skyline and to emblematic architectural landmarks such as the Mole Antonelliana and the Palazzo del Lavoro. Rendered in a stark black-and-white palette, these urban and industrial landscapes unfold as elevated, almost aerial visions—tilted horizons, mnemonic fragments, and perceptual shifts that oscillate between figuration and abstraction. They incorporate glimpses of other areas of the city, including Via Po, the Lingotto, and Barriera, weaving together a stratified and dynamic urban imagery. In Guaitamacchi’s work, the city emerges as a living, perceptible organism, suspended between motion and stasis, and inhabited by unseen presences. His compositions evoke the incessant flow of anonymous lives that, while indistinguishable as individuals, coalesce into a dense, rhythmic, and collective entity.

GALLERIA FRANCO NOERO | VIA MOTTALCIATA
